I might change her look later. But uh... Heart Knight is harolded by the people as the No. 1 best girl.
The thing about her is, before she unleashes her fury, she expresses how much she doesn't want the situation to escalate, so she kindly asks that they cease their nonsense. Refuse, and she takes out her famous, or rather infamous Heart n' Chain. Then she asks if they're sure on their deciscion. If they still refuse, that's when it gets messy.
