So you know how Dyle said he gets the supplies Sprout needs? (He also got the stuff for sprout in the one Easter animation qwel made)
How does he get it? He can't just wonder into a supermarket and get stuff.
So I think he uses th phone in his room on his map to contact the(a) toon handler(s), gets the supplies after using the train system to meet up with them, tell the toon handler(s) how things have been going so they know whats happening, and bringing back the stuff.

my hc is that the toon handlerers are stuck in gardenview, so, in exchange for diffrent deals, dyle goes outihto the real world, gets data, comes back, and tells the handlers of whats going on outside of gardenview.
