am i a real trans man? /genq
i've never felt dysphoric abt my body or the way i act, i would enjoy hrt but i dont want top or bottom surgery. i don't really like being called a girl tho, hell, i dont even like neutral terms. i feel queasy at the thought of not being seen as a man bc i dont want to pass.
i dont feel like a real trans man. i feel like im faking it bc im not dysphoric enough, im not unhappy enough, i dont hate my body enough.

you are trans enough!! you do not need dysphoria to be trans!!! a lot of people make being trans based on suffering when it really should be based on the euphoria you get from expressing your gender.
and even then, honestly, it sounds like you /do/ have dysphoria if you feel so uncomfortable having certain gendered terms used on you. dysphoria isnt just exclusive to how you feel about your body, you can also have social dysphoria.
i'm nonbinary, and myself have very little bodily dysphoria (aside from my chest, but even then its mild most days), but i have a fair bit of social dysphoria. i physically feel a tightening discomfort in my chest when i'm referred to by the wrong pronouns or gendered terms :']
so tldr, if you feel you are a man, and only a man, then you're a man!! do whatever makes you happy, and don't worry whatever others think!!! you are a man whether you do or don't have bodily dysphoria, and regardless whether you do or dont change your body!! ^_^

theres a lot of overlap between bodies as well regarding cis/trans bodies, a lot of people try to put trans folks into boxes that are Entirely Made Up!! bc inters3x people exist!!! there are inters3x cis men who have bodies very similar to peris3x trans men!!!! :fire:
