Passive 1: Regards the stat debuffs and buffs with Consume
Passive 2: Limits Wrath Painter to only Consume a maximum of 3 Paint in small lobbies, but up to 5 in larger lobbies

Passive 3: Blot-Out becomes a Single-Use "RAGE MODE" and causes everything to go hectic. Survivors hallucinate seeing the wrong things if Wrath Painter is within a 50 Stud Radius

Ability 2: CONSUME, Self-explanatory, Wrath Painter consumes paint for stat changes. Consuming red and black paint increases your RAGE MODE for BLOT-OUT (and also Power), some colors increase/decrease power, speed, stamina, so on and so forth.

BLOT-OUT (Variant 1, Discharge): Wrath Painter impales himself with the consumed paint to reset his stats to normal, but lets out an ear-piercing screech that blinds everyone in a 30-80 stud radius (dependant on lobby size), While also highlighting them to The Wrath Painter. If an Artist is caught up-close during Discharge, Wrqth Painter gets a slight permanent speed buff.

BLOT-OUT (Variant 2, RAGE MODE, Single Use): If Wrath Painter consumes nothing but Black and Red paint, he enters RAGE MODE. Wrath Painter stops the time and goes berserk, turning the sky black and the streets red. His Speed and Strength stats are highly buffed, but his Stamina and Intelligence Stats are SIGNIFICANTLY drained. WRATH PAINTER, BY EXTENSION, IS UNABLE TO USE DISCHARGE AND CONSUME DURING THIS PHASE.

Projected Playstyle:
The player should only play as Wrath Painter if they have a decent knowledge and understanding of the Artist Roster and the Map Layouts, as his base stats aren't too great in terms of chase, but is a GREAT punisher up close. If Artists accidentally run into Corrupted Paint that spawned from Discharge, they are poisoned and highlighted to him too (i forgot to mention this xD)

Utilize the different Corrupted Paints that spawn, and save RAGE MODE for when you are struggling. Consistently use Discharge to throw the Artists off track.

Also ignore the og face being used in the small bubble example, it's impossible for me to draw something detailed so small like that xD, I just wanted to show what i think his face should be like during BLOT-OUT

One last thing, Most paint that spawn will very likely decrease Wrath Painter's Intelligence (should be obvious and realistic lol)
