The Pepper Is Back!! by Poppy-4-life
I decided to re-design Pepper Poppy, and her name into Pepper Miser, and I'm making both Pepper and Permafrost into their own seperate versions, not versions of Poppy, but versions of the Miser Bros, or in this case, the Miser Sisters!
And I made Pepper Miser because, the warmer seasons are starting to come!! :3

(in a rap style) Blizzard: Are you sure you're cool? The temps have been starting to drop, I've more ice on my body than a jewelry shop, cuz I'm Mr. Ten Below that's why my icy flow is so cold, true with fire I guess you can be bolder, but that doesn't matter cuz I'm givin' you the cold shoulder.
