Dennis is like genuinely evil, not just 'cHaOtIC beAn uwu', like an actual menace to society. He told the girls about the priest's ghost and forced them to break into an abandoned church, even when Dani said she didn't want to. He also kīlled a squatter who was there.
Danielle is normal, but she's still not a good person. She's a bully to some of the other kids at her school and actively condones what Dennis does because he's her friend.

Heather is ok(ish) but is fairly morally grey, she hasn't harmed anyone, but she still didn't intervene when Dennis kįlled the squatter to show her and Danielle some dumb urban legend. She allowed it, despite knowing she could stop; she simply chose not to because it wasn't affecting her.

Dennis is persistent, hardworking, and surprisingly smart for a delinquent who got expelled, Danielle is street-smart, observant and a good listener, and Heather is compassionate, creative, and adaptable
