i dont like anything anymore i lost all interest in everything i genuinely cant think of anything im good at and im ugly as fuсk and i cant even learn languages anymore cuz irealized im just not good at it haha i cant even remember things anymore lol my brain cant remember anything whatsoever i forget basic english now and im forgetting norwegian haha at some point ill be completely nonverbal

im also gaining weight and my voice is so annoying i hate it and it replays in my head which makes me realize even more how ugly my voice is and i cant sing anymore either im genuinely nobody and deserve to die
