So, every time I see a follower, friend, or both post a vent or something concerning, I always want to comfort or help, but I never know what to say, so I mainly just stay silent, even if they need support. Which makes me regret being silent later on.
I wanted to make this to clarify how terrible I am with support.

I mainly just go silent, and if the situation they're in is serious enough, I will not be able to get it out of my head due to pure concern.

That's what I always question with different people, because I assume they're serious, since in most cases, they could be.
