This is NOT a scam. This will actually help you animate. This is an official and true tutorial, you will actually learn to animate if you pay close attention. It involves the eraser trick (if you use erase in artwork, even if nothing actually gets erased, it will add more time to the playback) and layers (which I refer to as slides, they are sprites for your animating).
