Rosa had a show before Dandy but it was scrapped. She was the og design for Dandy too, making it Rosa's world. But Delilah didn't think she was good enough to be the main character. She was added into Dandys world as Dandys cousin and a background character that wasn't that important. (Thats why she doesnt have rainbow on her)
Rosa knew that. She knew she was supposed to be the star, but she wasn't good enough for Delilah.
She could never be good for her.

when I'm done drawing her twisted or not I love it but she is a PAIN to draw.
Her petals and mask over her eye is such a pain for no reason :sob:

while I would love her in the game, she would be a pain to deal with.
Her twisted hides in leaf piles scattered on the walls and floor. when someone runs into them she would crawl out and chase after that toon. Making Distracters who love to hug the wall have a huge pain.
Rarely she while have a thorn bush appear that takes a heart away
