@_Ecstasy the book takes place after moon's book! umber and sora (two of clay's sibs) are trying to find a safe place away from pyrrhia where sora won't be caught and punished for icicle's attempted assassination. they meet mulberry and he leads them to a safe haven where dragons of all tribes have gone to hide from trouble for years! most of the dragons on the island are super interbred and don't resemble any specific tribe. umber eventually finds out that it's impossible to leave the island due to an invisible barrier. the island used to be a prison enchanted by an animus and it's a lot like the dystopian archetype where everything is perfect but things aren't what they seem !
