but anyways, i do feel that like, people shouldn't post it as their own art, or use it for commissions, but as a former ai artist here are... some things i used it for...

ocs: i only started drawing as a resolution to learn how for the new year (thus why my art is doo doo)
a lot of my ocs are in a file on my pc generated by grok and chat gpt.... (but to be fair i can count them all on one hand...)

so, It took a lot of yt tutorials to learn to even draw a normal human... so if someone is making oc's for personal use (not sharing or monetizing, just because they like making lore) I feel like that's fine

when I first started art, Jan 1st, I would generate pose and character references, another thing I find aacceptable, as the person (or me at least) isn't tracing, and is adding their own style to the art
however, now I do use 3d-modeled rigs for pose reference, and yeah...

and yeah... I really like drawing oc's and stuff now.. but overall it was hard getting into art, especially when I couldn't draw a stickman (and getting told my art is hideous stopped me from rating properly for a while)
but yeah... I don't condone people who monetize off it, claim it as their own, or purposely copy someone elses art... but I did it for personal use and I feel like that's fine...
