Hey. . . Sorry you're going through all that. I can't imagine being depressed. Sure, i might feel like life's going nowhere or like there's nothing out there for me. Sometimes i overthink at night when i should be sleeping, and my head doesn't work properly the next morning.
But then i remember every birthday card i got, every thank-you, every signal of appreciation. Every hug, every smile, every "I love you!".

Then i remember that there are a lot of people in my life that care about me. I remember that my mom says i love you, and my dad compliments what i do, and my brothers actually get along with me half the time. I remember that life is so much more than tomorrow, or next week, or next year.

Life isn't about how your day will go about you. It is about how you will go about your day.
And if you let other people decide that you're going to be upset, remember that emotions can be a choice.
