i know ive said this more than once and i dont expect help or anything but i genuinely hate the way i look so much
i have hard times believing people when they say how beautiful i am because i really just dont see it
i think im fat and i dont have a nice smile but yet, i dont do anything about it and i dont want to, i dont work out or anything so its practically my own fault so i guess im just gonna be miserable for the rest of my life

I forgot to say those low calorie foods and stuff but they probably will help you lose some weight, mostly just like vegetables but like good ones

Anyways :broken_heart: try to cut out bread ,, it has alot of carbs, n can make you gain weight rlly fast (so lik bread , pasta , pastries , yu can still eat good jus cut most bread out

try to eat alot of veggies n fruits w/ water , like tomatos , cucumbers , watermelon , strawberries (berries in general) an idk how much water broccoli has but steamed broccoli is sooo good ,, drink alot of water , too. oh and fish , pretty good especially salmon , salmon , steamed broccoli and steamed rice are a very good high protein meal , throw some berries or sorbet in there for dessert =3

There's a good amount of stuff i didn't know about fashion or taking care of myself. If you actually wanna change, Dear Peachie is a good youtuber to start out with . :D

in short, if you aren't in a place where you are looking to change your life style, consider affirmations,
it's never good to change the way you look over insecurity, so feel good about yourself first, and then if you WANT to be healthier to any extent, you'll have a much better motivator
one thing tho, if you ever try to lose weight, don't starve yourself, eat two square meals, and cut all snacks, otherwise you'll send your body into starvation mode and it'll pack all your nutrience as fat,
