Ralph (sometimes called Uncle Ralph by Gyo) used to be a gang/mafia leader back in Gyo's old dimension before it imploded. No one has seen or heard from Ralph since the implosion. Though there are suspicions of him being alive. Gyo thinks Ralph is better off staying gone...especially now that he's hanging around Willow more. Which could put both his and Willow's lives in jeopardy if Ralph is still around. Though he hasn't told Willow about Ralph, trying to keep her from worrying
