so basically sometimes i randomly get feelings of like heavily dreading life and i feel like that right now and for some reason ive been getting a lot of random séxual thoughts and i hate it idk im just like not doing well idk how to word it lol
ofc and i'm not making this about me but ik exactly how you feel,, an average amount of these feelings is normal for a teenager (hormones) but if the sadness is almost all of the time then you should ask a *********. ik this sounds like a stereotypical solution but exercise, eating + hydrating, socializing, and limiting technology use REALLY helps mental health. also going outside alot, and trying your best to stay out of drama
i dont really know honestly ive just felt really lonely and unseen but when i get attention i pretty much push it away so i do nothing abt it idk im complicated :broken_heart:
i wanna tear my skin off so much all the time i keep getting random flashes of séxual imagery in my head and it makes me feel disgusting every single night ive had dreams of ppl doing stuff its unsettling
ohh yeah that makes sense, I usually just plan hangouts before I feel that way bc it forces me to hang socialize later on and I feel better
as for the sh urges and sxual thoughts I would tell a parent/guardian or *********, bc I'm not an expert and those are more serious (specifically sh or sui cide related issues,)
