Had a brother who died of brain cancer so she studied to be a scientist to hopefully one day create a cure for it. Her brother loved space and wanted to be an astronaut, so thats why she wears the star clip. Thats also why she died her bangs blue, because that was her brothers favorite color. NO HER BROTHER IS NOT KAITO!
She was apart of THH and died in chapter 5 when they discovered they were on tv.

When they discovered they were on TV, she had a breakdown, and ran out of the room. While doing this, she kicked Monokuma and broke a school rule. She then got impaled through the head with spears, similar to Mukuro.
