hi my sadness turns into anger most of the time and i end up hurting myself bc the only thought i have is "punch something till your fists bleed" and i know im not the only one, so heres some other things to do
-scribble hard on paper
-hit a pillow
-run your hands under cold water or shower
-save soda cans and crush them and rip them
-draw somone you hate and rip it up
-throw your jax plushy (or any plush)
-workout
anger is hard to manage jst make sure your safe.

when im mad i tend to like self isolate and i can sometimes take it out on ppl but ts is helpfl

My anger or frustration turns to sadness and i cry a lot. I'm almost never mad. If i had the option to be angry instead of cry, i would rather be angry. I'm so sick of being bullied over something i can't control. I would rather be someone you should fear than someone you can step on like a doormat.
