i know nobody cares but my mental heath is crasihg again-
i literary went to sleep at 5:45, woke up at nine, mom made me breakfast, i ate, went to sleep for 3 more hours.
my dad is worried im depressed.
my mom is giving me sleep stuff.
im like 5 days clean i think???
knowing me ill break my steak tonight but oh well :laughing:
