Heres the antagonist of the 3d game idea i said from a while ago! This is Dr. Brain-Stein ||| (or just Dr. Brain)..
hes this maniac scientist who was been hiding in an abandoned lab facility, creating dreadful machines and biological monsters while lurking in the shadows, waiting for the perfect time to strike!..
then theres Hart, hes just his lab assistant..
