He has special abilitys such as, Making balloons and confetti at his fingertips (literally), Stretching his arms far- He uses that to hug the kids, and his best ability.... wishing!
when its a kids birthday, Felix tells the kid to make a wish and scans for what they wish for, and if its not dangerous and its reasonable, he answers it!
over all i think hes great!
