Im debating between the names Oscar and Arthur
He was born into a family Of "Fate Weavers". His grandfather was a legendary deal maker who used the pocket watch to "lock" people's promises in place.
HOWEVER, his family was greedy and they forced him as a child to use his touch to find dirt on people so they could blackmail them into making deals.
