Lesson tips/notes*
*when thinking about how the eye is formed think of the eyeball and eyelids as two different parts of the structure of the eye. The eyelids aren't merged with the eyeball they sit on top of it and fold around it creating a “lip” the tear duct is also part of the eyelid not the eyeball.
FUN FACT:the tear duct system starts at in the eyelids and a tiny opening called the puncta which tears drains into small canals and then into the lacrimal sac and then into the nasolacrimal sac which is in your nose this is why we often sniffle when intensely crying!:.

*When coloring skin tone I recommend a color that is not fully saturated which would be the colors on the outside of the triangle on this app. That way when you bring your highlights in which should be completely saturated they are bold and stand out! Also cross hatching with a highlight color is a good quick way to add skin texture to your realism!
*bonus add a white low opacity highlight at the top of your iris with small slits in it can give the affect of depth acknowledged the eyelashes sticking out from the eyelid which is on top of eyelid. #Homeschoolclub2025
