well i havent been doing great latley and i tried cûtting again but lost it i just like starting crying for 1 hr straight over it and my mom just yells at me 24/7 over self harm instead of helping its been like this since the summr my depression has gotten rllllyyyyy bad i may act happy but i secrety go to the bathroom at school and throw a tantrum for every word i say i mess up 24/7 i tried getting better but it just keeps getting worse im scared to leave me room ever again ): idekk wat to do..
