Dude tell your parents and if anything tell the office thats disgusting. At my school last year this hall moniter had control of the girls bathroom (Girls were doing too much so they locked it and gave the key to the monitors) he was a creep to male and female students we told the office and security staff so many times that they eventually fired him due to us students and parents spamming reports about him. also if you have a phone try to record him in the act.
