today was bad
went nonverbal at the end of the day and didnt want to talk for a while. ok. i wanted to cut all day and my bf saw me clawing at my thighs when i was trying to break skin and asked me what i was doing. i also i guess made him sad cuz i was being mean or something
then i made him mad hes mad at me and i got sad and now i think i accidentally made him feel bad for having feelings so im going to cut myslf again for sucking at being a girlfriend.
