Instead of Stellar telling him to leave she let him stay.
They talked and played together until it got dark and then the boy left for home.

That boy came to Stellar's treehouse everyday after that, that boy became Stellar's best friend and Stellar became the boy's favourite person

3 years later when Stellar was 11 And the boy was almost 12. Stellar came really late to her treehouse, it was REALLY late once she got there and the boy she'd usually hangout with wasn't there

She came too late

As she was about to leave she saw something glowing nearby
She slowly walked over to it and what she saw was a gem, it was yellow and glowing, it looked super pretty.

So Stellar took it with her, excited to show the boy tomorrow

The next day, the boy and Stellar met up at their usual spot near her treehouse, Stellar was super excited to show the boy what she'd found but something was different.

The boy had alot of bruises on him, but Stellar didn't acknowledge it and she showed him the cool gem she found.

The boy didn't really care about the gem and he was acting different which annoyed Stellar

Stellar asked the boy why he was acting so weird which got him frustrated

They slowly got into a heated argument where Stellar got really mad and said

"I wish you were somewhere far away!"

Just remember Stellar was holding that gem she found yesterday when she said that, and once she said that the gem started glowing but she didn't notice that.

Stellar turned away from the boy ready to walk away when the boy started shouting for help.
Stellar quickly turned around

The boy was getting sucked into a portal, a portal accidentally made by Stellar herself.

Stellar tried to pull the boy out but it was too late, he was sucked in and the portal closed.

The gem stopped glowing.

After that incident, a wave of guilt and sorrow washed over Stellar, she thought she kīlled the boy

Stellar just lost her closest friend
And that boy's name was Damon

2 days after that incident, Stellar was sitting alone in her bedroom when the electricity went out.
She lit a candle and placed it on her windowsill

Her dad was sleeping in another room.
Instead of staying in her room she went to the treehouse that she spent with Damon.

She didn't blow out the candle.

All the memorise she had with Damon came flooding back, making her feel worse then she already was.

She left the treehouse and went back home, but she couldn't.

It was on fire.
It was all her fault.
She forgot to blow out the candle.
Her father burned in there.

Stellar's mother sent her to live with her aunt.

Kīlling your best friend and father in less then a week. How low Stellar must have been feeling.

The next 8 years of her life was lonely, she had no friends, she didn't know where her mother was, and living with her aunt wasn't bad but her aunt was rarely there.

Her aunt lived in a small apartment in the city. It wasn't too far from what was her old home.

Then one day, in the middle of the night she got a note
Sent by Damon

(btw the note WAS written by Damon but Azrael sent it bc Azrael is an entity and he can go to different worlds whenever Damon tells him he can but Damon cannot)

The note said:

"I'm in Asterial."
"Come and find me."
"Just meet me at our spot."

Stellar didn't believe this.
Could it really be?
And if, how?

What is Asterial?
None of this made sense there was only one thing that did.

"Meet me at our spot."

(holy yap bruh)

The next day, when it was dark Stellar went to her old treehouse, all the memorise coming back. She was almost scared to go back in there.

But she did anyways, for Damon.

Once she went inside she found another note from Damon it said.

"Go back to when I disappeared from Earth and say."

"I wish I was somewhere faraway."

"While you say that think of this word "Asterial."

Stellar was about to leave right there.
This all sounded so stupid but.
She'd do anything to see Damon again.
Even if she'd have to do something this stupid.

And so she did exactly what the note said.

At first nothing happened and Stellar thought this was just a waste of her time.

but then.

A portal opened. Just for her.

To an unknown place and time.
All she knew was that.

Damon was there. So it doesn't matter where she is going.
As long as its to Damon.

(HI I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE FIRST NOTE DAMON SENT HER SHE ALSO ASKED HER TO BRING HER GEM BC IF SHE DIDN'T THE PORTAL WOULD PROLLY NOT OPEN I forgot to put that in. AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THAT EVER SINCE STELLAR OPENED THAT PORTAL HER BLOOD NOW GLOWS YELLOW.)

Stellar stepped into the portal, and it closed behind her.

Stellar ended up in big grass field, in a new world named, Asterial. She looked down, saw a note.

It was from Damon.

"Just keep walking, you'll eventually see me."

So she kept on walking, taking in her surroundings, seeing some not normal things like.

This place has 2 suns, Robots and humans casually walking around.

And when she was walking, still looking around distracted she bumped into someone.

An old friend perhaps.
