dude i have so much anxiety rn tomorrow im spending the day with my bf bc his birthday is tomorrow and im weird because i have a bad habit of not eating at all or very little whenever im with friends or when im anxious because i dont want people to judge me or i dont want to look weird when i eat but if i dont eat i come off rude what the hell do i do im shakimg
I feel so badwhen people buy things for me and hs mom is buyn us food im so anxious bru holy social anxiety
