yellow: stuns them for 20 sec (15%chance)
ability2: paint stab! (cd 1min)

stuns the scraps for 20-35 sec! since its with a paint brush (that is soft), there is a 25% chance it only slows them down for 20-35 sec.

Qu35t drops their paint set thingy (which i believe is called a 'palette') and leaves it there for other artists to pick it up. ONLY the other artists can pick it up and the Qu35t themself cant pick it up, kinda like Elliot from forsaken

also 'ju5t 4 u!!!' cd is 30 sec and can only be used once. Once used, if someone uses the paint set to heal,
they will be granted another use
