@senketsuakochan ok ill explain her lore but it might take a bit longer to explain

in the unwind universe theres an organization called Proactive Citizenry, in which they offer things and other stuff to help the people and help against problems (clappers, AWOL unwinds, feral teens etc.)
In the storyline, Proactive Citizenry created a human solely out of unwound parts from others, (they call it a 'rewind') and his name is Camus Comprix, or Cam.
Though (in my storyline) Cam isn't the first 'rewind' to be created. Years before Cam, they made A'lo Elis Enry, a.k.a. A'lo.

A'lo isn't 100% human. Proactive Citizenry gave her 45% of a cat's brain. This causes her to have behaviors that a cat has, such as sharp reflexes, heavy observation, etc.
To boast this 'cat-human' image, they gave her cat ears and retractable metal claws in-between her knuckles. They gave her different-colored patches of skin around her face, to imitate the pattern a cat would have.
They also gave her cat-like features for her face, such as her eyes.

So A'lo was made to be shown as a beacon of hope for the future of humanity, to show what advances can be made with technology.
Though, it wasn't thought through that much. Poor management and having unprepared employees led to an end for A'lo.
They decided to have her unwound and sent her to a high-end harvest camp. After she was sent away, they erased all traces of her across every media, and they forgot about her themselves.

storks: kids left on a doorstep by their parent who couldnt care for them
harvest camps: places where kids go to be unwound
the graveyard: a plane graveyard turned into a safehaven where runaway unwinds can stay until they turn 18

[ts is like in the actual story]
Starkey is a stork who hated the person in charge of the Graveyard, Connor. He believed that Connor mistreated all of the storks at the Graveyard, and he needed to do something about it. Starkey gathered all of the storks at the Graveyard and convinced them to rebel against the Graveyard and run away. He took along some people who weren't storks (for their skills), like Hayden.
Starkey and his team obtain weapons and materials by infiltrating harvest camps and

freeing the unwinds in there.

They settle in a campsite, which they managed to stay there by faking who they were. (they said they were a summer camp)
Starkey continues to arrange and plan attacks against harvest camps, beliving he is doing good by freeing the unwinds and taking them under his care.
(back to my storyline)
Starkey and his team are attacking another harvest camp. It's the one A'lo is taken to.
They take all of the unwinds they find there, and put them in the campsite.
Starkey is assessing everyone and notices

- A'lo is introverted, and because of her time under Proactive Citizenry, she hasn't interracted with a lot of people her 'age' or with just a lot of people in general. She struggles getting along with most people.

Starkey puts her to work inventory (for the food & materials) with Hayden.

-Hayden is someone who was at the Graveyard. He is always making jokes. He is sarcastic, but caring, brave, & smart.

Hayden takes notes of A'lo and how she carries herself. He feels the need to protect her, not knowing her past but knowing something has happened to her. Hayden is nice and caring towards A'lo because of this. A'lo takes note, and immediately classifies Hayden as someone to be trusted and someone kind. They both grow close to eachother, and develop a relationship. Hayden helps A'lo understand more of what it means to 'be a person', and how to find purpose. A'lo, for Hayden, helps him discover

that covering pain & trauma isn't healthy.
