Um, yeah, so, this is Liam - Paul's little brother. He plays a significant role in how Paul and Scarlett initially meet each other (out of concern for the character count, I'll spare the details). Other than that, he's pretty much just a normal kid who likes to fish.

I'm sorry it's bad -_- I'll have to revamp him in the future (he's kind of a boring cardboard cutout right now...)
