he was cast out to die halfway through his building process when the manufacturers found out the human part of him was still alive and he still thought independently. They did not think he would actually live, with all that was done to his body.

calm, collected, critical thinker, highly intelligent, kind of indifferent, bad at trust and relationships
he can still pass as a synth and can even connect his mind to the robotic mainstream and pick up radio waves and phone calls and stuff using his brain.
he is a little waterproof, but not completely (he can be splashed, shower, stand in rain, but he cant soak in water for longer than 30 minutes.
he is able to manipulate the electricity and sparks in his body, making him leathal in combat

he can handle firearms very well
his movement generates the electricity that his robotic parts run on, though he can also hook himself up to solar panels, wind turbines, generators, and other sources of power to charge.
he rarely needs to sleep, but that doesn't mean that he can go without.
when his power runs out, he feels extremly tired and his head gets foggy and vision blurrs.
He is extremely sensitive to the intoxicating affects of alcohol
