u ok now? its good to let out emotions if you did ^_^ if u havent heres some reccomendations:
drawing a comfort character
journaling what you feel
watching a comfort youtuber/show if you have one
watch funny videos
take a walk
take a bath/shower or wash your face to refresh
read a book
snuggle w/ a comfy and warm blanket and a stuffedanimal if you want
if all else fails u can always just take a lil nap !! ^_^
these are just some things ive done to help me calm down so they might not work
