first, draw your circle with a low % -your choice- once you got the circle, add a + in the center. move it to the center of the canvas. i draw a curve ⌒ the two lines on the end of the curve. make two outwards lines, then a V. once that's done, draw the legs. they can be long, short, curved, skinny, or wtv you want. once the legs are done, draw two circles at the beginning of the curve. start from there for the arms. the rest is all up to you. remember to resize if needed. cont in coms

do the coloring, then bg. for these, i make the bg colors of the drawing. i use the lasso tool for coloring and bgs. merge layers when done. add your watermark if you have one. done! watch at first speed

for the arms, because i forgot to add this in, use the circles at the beginning of the curve. i do different(?) arms, depending if the thing is sideways or not
