For both poses and hands: references! Pinterest is great for references and make sure to practice. it's not easy nor really possible to become sufficient at drawing either without spending a good week or two studying and practing. if you aren't able to use pinterest, your own hands can do the trick (for poses try setpose.com)

I would say to break everything down into shapes you can work/are comfortable using, but try to be patient, it can be discouraging practicing at first! :'D

I can make you a lil hand tutorial tomorrow if that's helpful? I do it fairly simply, but it's a pretty good starting method to get the hang of how they work (they're evil things, hands!).

i saw a hand tutorial where you draw a mitten sort of and on the finger bit draw the fingers in and erase the mitten when you are done. sorry im not very good at exsplaning thingd
