It does seem a little silly to post this, well, post-Christmas, but I only gained the motivation to draw YESTERDAY.
@sharp_eyed_detective Lenny the therāpist has taken Lowell Christmas shopping - neither are very good at it, but I'm sure it's fun!

Honestly, it’s a delight: it radiates warmth, closeness, and that very them kind of Christmas chaos. The composition, the colors, and the expressions are pure affection—you can’t help but want to linger on the scene for a while.
Haha, and it’s not silly at all: creative motivation doesn’t care about calendars!!!

I absolutely love the idea of Lenny dragging Lowell along on Christmas shopping… it sounds exactly as chaotic as it is adorable. I’m sure they have fun (or at least survive, lmao). And yes, Lowell is doing so much better since going to therapy with you—you can tell, even when he’s Christmas shopping and has no idea what he’s doing aww <3<3<3<3
Thanks for sharing it, and here’s hoping 2026 comes with less drama, fewer metaphorical fires, and more last-minute inspiration hahahah!!

@sharp_eyed_detective oh, I always LOVE to read your reception of my drawings - it never fails to bring a massive grin to my face! I'm so glad you like this - it's certainly one of my best ever, and I'm very proud of it. I'm also very glad to know that Lowell is doing much better, and that Lenny's therapy is working haha. They're very happy wondering the streets and making a fool of themselves in shops, even if they don't manage to buy anything!!
