Neo is highly socially adept and knows exactly when she can slip in a joke or how to act to achieve the desired effect.
For example, she often brings out her playful, flirtatious side just to make Eric blush (she loves seeing him like that).
At times, she also uses that side of herself to intimidate Jack when he gets too cocky with a teammate and to put him back in his place lmao,,,
