firstly there needs to be multiple documented cases from multiple victims who have actually been put in danger. apparently someone threatened mu.rder n doxxing to this guy, which. WHOA.

but threats arent enough to get the governments attention. it needs to actually happen

THEN you need to have a good lawyer & have a petition, not just "contacting the authorities"

aswell as: colors is not mainstream enough to actually be a problem. if it was, then getting it shut down could theoretically work

also, minors usually are not taken as seriously. parents need to be involved if you actually want to be listened to.

should the people who threaten others' physical, mental & emotional safety be banned? YES. but if you actually want this to be shut down, a threat would need to turn into action in order to have a lawsuit or it shut down.

also you're a kid. much of the site are children. so i highly doubt the authorities would actually shut it down. if anything theyll just have jens put in more moderation. :joy_cat:
