its a censorship bill that makes you have to show ur id if you wanna post ANYTHING, it notifies ur parents on your online activityy (INCLUDES EVERYTHUNG U DO ONLINE BTW)
and just sucks in general, i recommend doing more research on it as im not the best as explaining stuff/giving info!!!
