i've been looking at new scribbles lately and i've seen some people that are like 9-12 or something, youngest i've seen was 6 years old
i wouldn't have a problem with this but its the fact that they're under 13
this violates the rule made by COPPA(Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), that they cannot have a colors account if they're under 13
does this count as a callout post? if so i'll delete it
