. While able to soar safely through storm clouds, Nidhogg cannot control the weather.
. The cobalt horns and spikes prevent static electricity from interfering with sensitive organs.

@Lotr43v3r
thank you. i feel like they are a category of character or persona with limitless potential, and I quit enjoy studying how other artists create their own dragons, and then imagine up my own. I quite enjoy the draft and creation process, particularly in this case where I begen with one simple concept, and expand on it.

Thank you. I took a look at your gallery, and like a good lot of what I saw there. Your art is quite stylized, and I look forward to seeing your growth over time here.

Interesting take on the genre! And the up-close progress shots show just how tedious it must have been getting the transition between scales so smooth.

@tall73
It started off as an idea to use the clip tool to zoom out on a painting and expand on it. I decided to go with a dragon's eye, then expand from there in future iterations. I quite enjoyed the process of building and expanding, and so decided to give it another go with this one.
I've spent a bit of time studying reptile scales at this point, and I think I've got it just about figured out. Expanding on the scales in later iterations proved to be easy enough.
Thanks for the compliment
