not really, dyeing your hair damages the folicles, and thins the hair, so after a while of it you would end up needing to go though hour long care routines etc everyday, and the hair can never return to its original state. dyed hair usually doesn't attract the right kind of guys (or girls). plus if you ever want your hair to go as much back as to how it was as it can, you have to shave you head and be bald a while (re creating the problem of hiding yourself)
so it just creates a lot of issues
