Also allow my bsd autism to show a little, But Ougai Mori is the leader of the Port mafia, gaining his position after k1lling the previous boss, he was a doctor beforehand, His ability Vita S3xualis (Based off the novel of the same name) allows him to summon/control Elise, he can also change her personality and appearance.

Ehehehhe thank you, ive been into Bsd for abt 8 months, And Mori (And my extension, Elise) has been my top favourite character (Minus Chuuya lol) So ive slowly been gathering knowledge about this silly goober :D
