this is rather interesting! Brown is a more dominant trait, so I believe the hair would be brown, and in this matter red is a rare-er color so blue would be dominant. But I love your idea!! Instead of lilith it's eve.. cool!

Also, the reason her hair isnt brown is due to Lucifer as I think that angle traits would be more dominant so shes blonde with red compared to brunette.
