well im a boy but i have experienced the same thing (but she changed schools and i still cant get over it) i would say "make a move" try and build up your relationship dont jump ahead and sat if you want to go out. you want this to be passionate love. i hope i helped.

when ever you get the chance. try to start a comversation. the more you get to know each other the better your chances to get noticed. especily if you show you want to learn more about him. he will notice this and might start to ask you about yourself. thats the best place to start. i might be a guy but i know that both guys and girls like to find people that are intrested in learning more about them. just try to do it carefully and not ask a million questions at once. stay calm and take time to learn about them. dont rush that will drive that person away insted of attract them. i have the s,me problem i posted fomething sort of like this but longer and this user (epic eeron) gave me loads of edvice and he sed to be bold and that occational crying is ok but dont cry too mutch or he woll think you have issues....
