my doctor makes me drink water (I alr do, i'm not a super weirdo.) They said 'i dont drink enough' (I dont get the average water requirments, which I dont rlly.) and thats whats causing all my headaches, fevers, craps (mainly charlie-horse), and blur-ish vision/my eyes kinda burnin. so im drinking like 2x what I normally drink..!
