I think that studying how to draw just 1 thing you like realy well and then building off of that can also help, I draw skeletons a lot which forced me to learn human anatomy.
Another thing, just draw what you like how you think it would look good. One day, i forced myself to render a piece until i didn't think i could render anymore

Its really good to just take the aspects of other peoples art and practice off of that, copying it at first before making it in your own way

I normally focus on drawing the same thing repeatedly sometimes, sketching out a design before making it, and normally try to do a few harder parts in-between :3

i dont think it sucks but if you wanna tips I think that you need to draw a general draw, then you get into details!!
