Hey, hear me out for a sec. I 100% get how you're feeling, and yes, it may be suffocating but trust me, it will get better. Like Linnea said, use a rubber band on your wrist, bite a pillow, get a piece of paper and use a red marker and make scribbles, watch a show or movie you enjoy, anything that brings you joy. Im proud of you for going thi far. a lot of us are. I believe you will get through this tough time.
