HELP by lemonyade
So when I'm trying to make like, eyes or smth, I make a duplicate layer of the first eye, and I plan on just flipping the second layer so its symmetrical, but it flips ALL the layers and I'm stupid and need help-

usw the select & move tool for the certain part you want to flip and resize the thing inthe opposite direction to make it bigger and that should work okay
