papyrus def uses curse words he just doesn't do it often because he usually isn't irritated enough to actually curse at people

he can accidentally miss innuendos though sometimes in my head canons because hes online but not that much. hes not hip and skibidi with th kids

Papyrus is an autistic icon for me tbh. I also hc him to have misophonia bc i have that and its nice to give it to a comfort character when theres zero misophonia rep in media.
I feel like he misses a lot of social cues and sarcasm but not jokes and puns. Also he canonically is a very picky eater and i just like to imagine its for texture reasons like me.

also i never see characters with misophonia but i wonder if I could try and fit that into one of my characters? I think it would be nice to have characters that are all a little different :3

id also really like to see more people cover the intrusive thoughts side of misophonia bc ik i get a lot of intrusive thoughts and the impulsiveness it can bring bc ive actually hurt my brother because he wouldn't stop making a trigger noise but it wasn't even on purpose really it was just an impulsive movement to make the noise stop

im gonna do some research on misophonia because realistically i could add it to a character and have it be something small that bothers them a lot because of the world they live in (R.I.P ashley for being my test subject)

yayayyy!! a lot of misophonia stuff focuses on mouth noises but any repetitive noise can bother someone! or any noise in general! I for one can't stand hearin chip bags or wrappers open.
Also i tic when i hear a trigger noise like involuntary twitching and occasionally hitting myself on the head? Its semi-common i think in people with misophonia? Idk tbh

ohh okay ima look into that. i think i could subtly fit it into Ashley's story without blatantly saying it because canonically to her story, she has to pretend to be dead otherwise she gets k illed. so he lays still by other bodies but the species that shes fighting eat people, so maybe i could do something with that?? then have it clearly in her extras that shes misophonic

thats a good way to ad tension to a story so i think ill do that!! i've been needing to rewrite her story for a bit now on her character hub page because i rwrote saccharin, void, and orion but i havent orked with Ashley yet and a lot of her character hasn't been developed yet!!

for backrooms i sugest starting with basic entities but then getting into partygoer/partypooper lore because that stuff there is really coo. + theres a dedicated animation meme community there

Out of all my ocs orion best represents his species (partygoers) due to being horribly violent and generally not a great person

ive seen some of kane pixels backroom series and ik a little bit of the base lore but ill try getting into more :pray:
